The majestic Torre Anacaona 27 in Santo Domingo

Torre Anacaona 27, a very luxurious and also the highest (180 meters) residential tower of Santo Domingo. It is divided into 52 large and lush apartments.
Torre Anacaona has no fewer than 41 floors and 2 underground levels. The construction of this gigantic tower took more than 7 years, but the end result is impressive. The first residents were able to move into their apartment in 2017.
The tower owes its name to the Avenida Anacaona, which is also the address of this enormous tower.

  • Service floor: this floor consists of the entrance and exit of the underground car park, office space for security and an entrance for suppliers.
  • 2nd Floor: Here is the main Lobby which is manned 24/7 with a concierge and porter
  • 3rd floor: On the 3rd floor of the building is a business center with, among other things, a meeting room and various flex workplaces for residents and their guests, ladies and gentlemen bathroom, kitchen and the management office.
  • 4th floor: The 4th floor has a relaxation area with a capacity of no less than 40 people and a private office that can be used by residents or their guests on request.
  • 5th and 6th floor: The 5th and 6th floors are, after the garage, perhaps the most visited communal areas of the building, here you will find a spa, full fitness room, Jacuzzi, 2 swimming pools one for adults and one for children, hairdresser, cinema, party hall, half basketball court, childcare and a running track.
  • 7th to 26th floor: on these floors there are 2 apartments of more than 600 M2 each on each floor and each apartment has 4 private parking spaces.
    27th to 37th floor: on each of these floors there is 1 apartment of 1200 M2 and these apartments each have 6 private parking spaces.
  • 38th to 40th floor: the 38th to 40th floor is a great triple penthouse with a size of no less than 3200 M2

Prices

During the construction period, the prices were between 2 million USD for an apartment on the lower level and 15 million USD for the penthouse. Prices for resale were significantly higher than the original purchase price between 2017 and 2021.
